Photo Number 2396

This a little larger than a CdV from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.

Chicago larger CDV DL ant

A beautiful example of a gown worn in the late 1860’s to early 1870’s.  The gown has dropped shoulders and a very full skirt.

The photographer was S.M. Fassett of 114 South Clark St. Chicago.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Look at her waist. I don't know if she is really small or the dress just makes it seem that way.

  2. The pendant she is wearing is huge. I can't quite make out if it is a society one or not.
