Photo Number 1930

This is a Cabinet Card from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.

Fern Bouquet Cab Card DL Ant

Ole E. Flaten was the photographer at the Corner of 4th and Front Streets Moorhead Minnesota.  He was at that location in the year 1900.

The groom is wearing a three piece suit with a flower in his lapel.  He also wears a white bow tie.  The bride wears a white dress with lace on the sleeves and bodice.  The high necked gown is adorned with a corsage of flowers.  The bride wears a bow in her hair and carries a bouquet of ferns and flowers in one hand while her other had rests on her husbands arm.   She looks quite young and he just looks surprised.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Yes, our good friend Ole E Flaten caught these two with some mighty odd expressions!

  2. The groom looks quite intent on thoroughly following those instructions, "Don't move!" Not even batting an eyelash!
